W.L. “Bill” Jacobs Vice President of Office Development and Growth

An entrepreneur in spirit, Bill holds a B.A. degree in Agricultural Business with a Minor in Global Studies from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Bilingual in Spanish, Bill is working to complete a doctoral degree at University of Arkansas in Agricultural Law, as he works to expand the Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland network.

 

Bills duties include developing long term relationships with potential partners, brokers, agents and others who see the brand as a way to grow a recreational/investment/ranch land brokerage business and maintaining and growing that relationship long after their office is open.  “This business is all about building relationships through trust and integrity. I take pride in treating people the way I want to be treated and getting the job done right the first time”.Bill truly lives the outdoor lifestyle and has a passion and respect for the land and its resources. Coming from a long line of sportsmen, and having grown up hunting in the premier trophy deer spots of the Texas Hill Country, Bill is an avid outdoorsman. To this foundation, he brings experience as an outfitter in Colorado’s High Country and years of fishing and hunting throughout Texas and Northwest Arkansas. His passion is hunting the whitetail deer and the wild turkey.   Bill is not married but one day would like to settle down and have a family.
