Born with a bow in one hand and a fishing pole in the other Ryan Koelsch, of St. John, KS has always had a PASSION for most sports and especially for the great outdoors. He grew up playing baseball, basketball, football, and drag racing, but has an OBSESSION of a different caliber compared to most avid hunters/fisherman to live the outdoor lifestyle. Ryan, a 24 year old Kansas State University Graduate with a BA Degree in Agronomy, plans to use his education and his passion for the outdoors to assist landowners in selling their land and buyers to acquire the property of their dreams. Ryan understands this business is all about relationships and trust and you cannot have one without the other. “I have always been taught from my earliest memories that my word was my bond” Growing up he was often out hunting and fishing instead of going to school. He called the days he ditched school to hunt or fish “Koelsch Holidays”, and believes every opening day of bow and duck season should be a National Holiday. Growing up on a family farm just west of St. John, KS his backyard was truly his play ground. Ryan was one of the more fortunate ones who had world class whitetails feeding in his back yard and mallards covering the vast crop lands within minutes from his home. If you can’t find him helping someone sell their land or looking for land for a buyer you can find him blowing’ his lungs out on a duck call, sitting in a tree stand, or on a boat wetting a line.
