Rodney Coats - CFO

Rodney Coats is the Chief Financial Officer of MOPH. He and Brian have been business partners since 1988. Rodney has always managed the day to day financial affairs of their companies. He loves the challenge of managing a start-up company and growing it by practicing realistic budgets and growth. “The challenge in the success of any company, big or small, one employee or 200 employees is operating within a realistic budget and making adjustments as you need to make them and maximizing every dollar you have.” Over his 20 plus years of managing their finances he has gained knowledge that only hands on training can teach. He has gotten the nickname “Tightwad” over the years simply because he has tried in every way to maximize every dollar. “Some people have accused me of being cheap, I call it smart.” Prior to going into business with Brian he was the head logistics coordinator for Bionetics, a large government animal research facility located on the Pine Bluff Arsenal in Jefferson, Arkansas. In addition to his duties with MOPH he still serves as the CFO for their Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen fast food restaurant company.

Rodney resides in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He is married to Tina and they have three children, Haley, Garrett and Grayson. Rodney in an avid golfer, playing the game every chance he gets. He also lives the outdoor lifestyle. His passion is deer and duck hunting.
